Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 750 chicken (skinned & medium sized)
  • Green Chutney
  • Fresh Cream _ 1 cup
  • Green chillies, broken -4-5
  • Coriander Power – 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin Power – 1 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala Power – 1 teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Power – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to Taste
  • Bay leaves – 4-5
  • 1 Inch Ginger Piece, Cut Into Thin Strips
  • Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • 4 to 5 cloves
  • 1 t/s turmeric
  • 2 cups water Or as consistency required

For Green Chutney :

  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 2 green chillies

Instructions:

  1. Wash the chicken and keep aside.
  2. Take pressure cooker or a big wok without lid.
  3. Add oil to it.
  4. Keep heat on low mode.
  5. Add the chicken, green chutney, cumin power, garam masala power, red chilli, turmeric power, salt, bay leaves, ginger, green chillies & oil.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Cover it & cook on low heat or dum for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Remove the lid, add cream & mix.
  9. Cover & cook on iow heat for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  10. Now it’s ready.
  11. Serve hot garnished with mint leaves.
